MarketSource Survey - points of view

If you have jumped over to the article and read here are some thoughts as I was reading.

1) 81% seek out information on-line

Do you find that this directly relates to some other findings/issues? I do -

Price being #1 for importance to buy

Features was #2, but the brand is now 4.2 on a 1-5 scale with 1 being more important

Style is dead last

What does this say for the money spent promoting your Brands Quality and Style? Apparently the features that you are driving with the Brand are not giving credit to the brand.

Customer is clearly stating they will wait until the feature (they may or may not understand) is at the right price, and they do not care how it looks or who it is from.

I am going to pass on going into the - Where to Shop. I could go on forever about that!
