Dell - now Samsung - who is next? Called the Galaxy Tab - 7" tablet supports 3G and Wi-Fi.
You will have your choice of carriers for the Samsung tablet, available from AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-mobile.
It has a 7" screen and will weigh .83 pounds. Android 2.2, wide super VGA 1024 x 600 TFT Display. It has 2 cameras. A rear facing 3.2 megapixel and a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera.
Samsung claims the battery will last up to 7 hrs watching video.
The Adriod market now has 80,000 apps available according to Google, giving Samsung users plenty to pick from.
For business folks it will come loaded with Microsoft Document Viewer and Editor, which allows you to open and make changes to any Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF document.
It will arrive in time for holiday season. Samsung has stated the pricing will be left up to the carriers. I think price will be key to success and we will have to wait and see where the carriers put it at.
